Job description

We are seeking a proactive and systems-driven Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Lead to drive scalable execution across our GTM functions. This role will report to the CEO and will lead efforts in prioritization, visibility, and infrastructure-building across sales, marketing, partnerships, and customer success.

You’ll operate independently, create clarity amidst ambiguity, and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks — building the foundation that enables our team to move faster, smarter, and more cohesively. Ownership, urgency, and systems building is essential to this role.

What You’ll Do

Execution & Enablement

  • Own onboarding, integrations, customer touchpoints, and CRM processes

  • Create, manage, and refine key sales & customer success presentations

  • Run weekly GTM reporting (sales, marketing, and customer metrics)

  • Prepare customer quotes, agreements, and technical onboarding support

Marketing & Brand Ops

  • Own social media, trade show logistics, nurture campaigns, and PR launches

  • Track performance and ROI of marketing initiatives

  • Support inbound and outbound demand generation infrastructure

Operational Systems & Infrastructure

  • Build visible, scalable systems that keep cross-functional GTM work on track

  • Bring calm and clarity to chaos — ensuring nothing slips

  • Design repeatable processes that create leverage and reduce rework

Job requirements

  • 5+ years in an operational, revenue, or GTM leadership role (startup preferred)

  • Proven track record of building systems, managing ambiguity, and driving results

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; direct, precise, and responsive

  • Experience with CRM, project management, and reporting tools

  • Comfortable using or learning tools like HubSpot, Trello, Looker, SQL, ChatGPT

  • Available to work in-office at least 3 days per week in Redwood City, CA
