SnapMagic, the leading platform for electrical engineers, is revolutionizing electronics design with artificial intelligence. Built upon a proprietary dataset used by 1.5 million engineers to design products like drones, electric cars, and VR, our new AI copilot will change the way every engineer designs electronics.

We're fresh off a funding round backed by the world's best investors, including Y Combinator, Bow Capital, Friends & Family Capital, Preston-Werner Ventures, and many notable angels.

We're looking for an ambitious and data-driven Growth Product Manager that will leverage our massive community and dataset to drive mainstream adoption of our new AI Copilot.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Growth Product Manager, you will build the world's best AI platform for electrical engineers, enabling them to build better products that improve our world. Your role will be to drive growth, engagement and retention across our userbase of electrical engineers.

As the Growth Product Manager at SnapMagic, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Define, prioritize, and manage product features, enhancements, and improvements that maximize growth and user satisfaction.
  • Spearhead user retention and engagement strategies using growth hacking techniques
  • Execute product marketing initiatives as needed to drive engagement and retention
  • Conduct user feedback surveys and interviews to guide the product roadmap
  • Utilize A/B testing and statistical analysis for product feature optimization
  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, operations and marketing
  • Own end-to-end product development from understanding customer pain points to launching products
  • Ensure seamless coordination across departments, defining success metrics and reporting progress
  • Analyze data, user feedback, and market research to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Monitor key performance metrics, set targets, and track progress towards meeting company goals
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in office in San Mateo, CA.

Job requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in Product Management or software development with a proven track record
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experienced in implementing product-led growth strategies
  • Proficient in analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Capable of strategic planning and executing at a tactical level
  • Resourceful, creative problem solver, and highly tech-savvy
  • Passionate about continuous learning
  • Appreciation for high-quality UI/UX design principles
