SnapMagic is on a mission to revolutionize the $1.3 trillion electronics industry. Our platform empowers engineers to build faster by making it easy to find and use circuit schematics and CAD models.


Our existing platform (previously known as SnapEDA) is the leading library tool for electrical engineers, helping 2 million engineers each year design products like drones, electric cars, and satellites 10x faster. We are now building SnapMagic Copilot, which is built on a proprietary dataset of over 10 million components, schematic symbols, and footprints created by SnapMagic.


You will be a sales machine - someone who forges relationships with people easily, and always focuses on driving genuine value for true win-win partnerships. They think big - going straight to the top of the command chain, and are ambitious to land bigger and bigger deals. They will own the sales process end-to-end, from pipeline generation to defining strategic sales plans, to forging strong partnerships within our industry.

You’ll be selling a product that’s loved by engineers, backed by data, and delivering real ROI. This isn’t a hypothetical situation — it’s something marketers want to buy.

Job requirements

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospecting and Business Development: Define and execute on creative strategies to engage prospective clients through a variety of channels.

  • Data Driven and Value-Based selling: Our customers thrive on data, and we have unique insights to leverage through our proprietary database. You will transform data into value for our customers.

  • Strengthening Relationships with key partners within the electronics sector, and becoming a trusted advisor to our customer base.

  • Leading Sales Negotiations and finalizing contracts in collaboration with finance, legal, and operations.

  • Defining Strategic Sales plans: Identifying new opportunities to improve the way we go to market. Analyzing market trends, up-leveling our customer relationships, and defining new sales material.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years demonstrated success in sales, with a focus on technical selling.

  • Builder Mentality: Experience as one of the first AEs at a startup, or experience bringing a new product to market with close collaboration with cross functional teams.

  • Technical Acumen: You thrive on learning new tools. Familiarity with sales analysis tools and CRM platforms, showcasing your ability to leverage technology for effective sales management

  • Data Driven Mentality: You enjoy making persuasive arguments with data, driving business outcome and ROI conversations with detailed analysis.

  • Strong Communicator: Clearly articulate complex ideas (verbal and written), possessing strong communication skills to convey the value of SnapMagic's solutions to a diverse audience.
