SnapMagic, the leading platform for electrical engineers, is revolutionizing electronics design with artificial intelligence. We help 1.5 million engineers design products like drones, electric cars, and virtual reality headsets 10x faster. With 10+ years of proven market traction (revenue driven growth), SnapMagic is fresh off a round of VC funding from leading Silicon valley investors to accelerate our business into the next stages of growth.

What you’ll do:

As one of the foundational members of our Go To Market team, you'll be at the steering wheel of executing on our aggressive growth plans while simultaneously building the playbook for our growing team. You will own your sales process end to end, from pipeline generation, defining strategic sales plans, to forging strong partnerships with within our electronics ecosystem. 


What you'll be doing:

  • Prospecting and Business Development: Define and execute on creative strategies to engage prospective clients through a variety of channels.

  • Data Driven and Value Based selling: Our customers thrive on data, and we have unique insights to leverage through our proprietary database. You will transform data into value for our customers. 

  • Strengthening Relationships with key partners within electronics sector, becoming a trusted advisor to our customer base.

  • Leading Sales Negotiations and finalize contracts in collaboration with finance, legal, operations.

  • Defining Strategic Sales plans: Identifying new opportunities to improve the way we go to market. Analyzing market trends, up-leveling our customer relationships, and defining new sales material.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years demonstrated success in sales, with a focus on technical selling.
  • Builder Mentality: Experience as one of the first AEs at a startup, or experience bringing a new product to market with close collaboration with cross functional teams.

  • Technical Acumen: You thrive on learning new tools. Familiarity with sales analysis tools and CRM platforms, showcasing your ability to leverage technology for effective sales management

  • Data Driven Mentality: You enjoy making persuasive arguments with data, driving business outcome and ROI conversations with detailed analysis.

  • Strong Communicator: Clearly articulate complex ideas (verbal and written), possessing strong communication skills to convey the value of SnapMagic's solutions to a diverse audience.


This is a hybrid position that will require in-person work days 3 days a week in our Silicon Valley office.

The expected OTE range for this role is $200,000k-$300,000k
