What You’ll Do: 

As the Marketing Demand Generation Lead, you will be a pivotal member of our Go-To-Market team, driving our growth through innovative marketing strategies. You will own the end-to-end demand generation process, from strategy development to execution and analysis. Additionally, you will incorporate content marketing initiatives to enhance our brand and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth. Utilize a mix of channels including email, social media, SEO, SEM, and events.

  • Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. Track and report on campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and sales goals.

  • Content Marketing: Collaborate with the cross functional team to create and distribute high-quality content that educates, informs, and engages our target audience. This includes blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to refine marketing strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive ROI. Utilize our proprietary database to extract insights and tailor marketing efforts.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices. Use this information to inform strategic decisions and enhance marketing efforts.

  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing programs to engage and convert prospects through the sales funnel. Personalize communications and content to meet the needs of different buyer personas.

Job requirements

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or related fields.

  • Experience marketing into the electronics, hardware, or related technical industries

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Experience in content marketing and the ability to create compelling, high-quality content.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Builder Mentality: Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.

  • Technical Acumen: Familiarity with the electronics sector and an eagerness to learn about new tools and technologies.

  • This is a hybrid position that will require in-person work days 3 days a week in our Silicon Valley office.
